Can I change my delivery address/ Wrong delivery address given?
Yes! You can send an email to visitme@houze.com.sg and our customer service team will assist you to change the address accordingly.
Do you do night delivery or weekends delivery?
Most of the parcels will be deliver by J&T and they do provides after 6PM delivery and Saturday delivery. You can let us know your preferable delivery time range under “Special instructions for seller” in your Shopping Cart page and we will try our best to meet your request.
